Arbitrary file upload via content validation omission

Arbitrary file upload in AVSCMS 8.2.0 allows remote attackers to place attacker-controlled content through /main/fileupload.php. The handler checks only the supplied filename extension, writes the body into the video directory, and uses a request-controlled id when renaming the completed upload. This permits content placement and overwrite; server-side code execution additionally requires a permissive server configuration or a separate inclusion path, neither of which the disclosure demonstrates.
