Victim-browser script execution via unneutralized Content field

Stored XSS in NetAdmin IAM 4.0.30319 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via crafted Content. The /BalloonSave.ashx endpoint accepts the Content value without neutralizing script content before the vulnerable page renders it. A low-privileged account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation can read or alter data accessible to the victim's browser session.
