Unauthenticated command execution via HNAP Address injection

OS command injection in D-Link DIR-823G 1.0.2B05 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted HNAP request. SetNetworkTomographySettings stores an untrusted Address value that GetNetworkTomographyResult inserts into a ping command passed to system without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The HNAP interface is reachable without authentication from an adjacent network, and successful exploitation grants command execution on the router.
