Router crash via oversized L2TP user IP

Stack overflow in l2tp.cgi in four NETGEAR router firmware builds allows remote authenticated users to crash the router via a POST request. The l2tp_user_ip parameter reaches a stack buffer without an input-length check, so an oversized value overwrites stack memory. The request requires low-privilege access from an adjacent network; successful exploitation interrupts service on R8500 1.0.2.160, XR300 1.0.3.78, R7000P 1.3.3.154, or R6400 v2 1.0.4.128.
