Privilege escalation via stored profile script

Stored XSS in PKP OJS, OMP, and OPS before 3.3.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to escalate privileges through a crafted profile. The PKPAuthorForm execute method stores preferredPublicName from the profile without neutralizing script content, which runs when an editor opens the submission. An author account and editor interaction are required; successful execution can assign the author to an administrator group, enabling plugin upload and server code execution.
