Communication disruption via malformed Z-Wave packets

Denial of service in Silicon Labs Z-Wave 700/800 SDK 7.21.1 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt device communications. The controller accepts repeatedly transmitted malformed Z-Wave packets without adequate permission enforcement and stops communicating with the targeted end device. The attack requires the target's Z-Wave HomeID and NodeID plus radio hardware within range; the reported consequence is communication loss, not controller takeover.
