Browser script execution via stored user fields
Published Nov 14, 2024 · Updated Nov 14, 2024
Stored XSS in Kashipara Group E-learning Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in a victim's browser. The /admin/admin_user.php page stores firstname and username POST values and renders them without neutralizing executable markup. A low-privileged account must submit a crafted value, and another user must view the stored entry; execution remains within that viewer's web session.
