Authenticated command execution via Velocity metadata evaluation

Code injection in Sonatype Nexus Repository 2.15.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via a Maven artifact. A double-slash path bypass lets an artifact publisher overwrite a metadata attributes file, set contentGenerator to velocity, and make Nexus evaluate attacker-controlled metadata as a Velocity template. Network access and minimal artifact-publish permission are sufficient; retrieval runs embedded commands in the Nexus server process.
