Stored XSS via forged blacklist update

Stored XSS in the blacklist settings of Tips and Tricks HQ WP eMember before 10.6.6 allows attackers to inject script through a forged request. The manage_blacklist action accepts blacklisted_ips from a POST, saves it without a CSRF token or sanitization, and renders it in a textarea without escaping. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open attacker-controlled HTML; the injected script then runs in an administrator's browser when the blacklist page is viewed.
