Unauthorized appointment approval via book_status injection

Incorrect authorization in Bookster 1.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to approve their own pending appointments. Appointment validation accepts an attacker-supplied book_status value inside the apptInput JSON object and persists approved instead of enforcing pending. A public booking form and an interceptable submission are sufficient to bypass the intended approval workflow, but the demonstrated impact is limited to appointment-status integrity.
