Cross-user data disclosure via unbound ID parameter

Incorrect authorization in python_book 1.0 allows remote attackers to read other users' sensitive information through its user API. The /api/myapp/index/user/info endpoint accepts a caller-supplied id parameter and returns the selected user's record without binding that ID to the requester. An unauthenticated GET request with another user's numeric ID is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is cross-user data disclosure only.
