Unrestricted file upload in CIPPlanner CIPAce before 9.17 allows remote authenticated users to execute uploaded files on the server. The rich text editor image workflow and document management page accept executable uploads without restricting file types. Execution requires storage in the application directory or a directory with execute permissions, enabling server-side code execution in that deployment.
