Single-factor authentication in CIPPlanner CIPAce before 9.17 allows attackers with a compromised internal-account secret to sign in. The Authentication component accepts the internal-account secret as the only factor and performs no second-factor verification. The condition is reachable only when internal-account login is enabled and that account's secret has already been compromised.
