Application crash via oversized numeric character reference

Reachable assertion in TinyXML-2 10.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash a consuming application with crafted XML. XMLUtil::GetCharacterRef scans an oversized hexadecimal numeric character reference backward and repeatedly multiplies an unsigned positional multiplier until its overflow assertion fails. The application must process attacker-supplied XML with assertions enabled; the bounded consequence is process termination.
