Process crash via negative trial count

Integer signedness error in GNU Scientific Library 2.8 and earlier allows local users to crash a calling process via a negative trial count. gsl_siman_solve_many multiplies the signed params.n_tries value by allocation element sizes without rejecting negatives, causing invalid allocation sizes. Exploitation requires a caller that lets a local low-privileged user supply n_tries; the demonstrated result is a segmentation fault in the linked process.
