Service interruption via unchecked Wi-Fi offload message

Out-of-bounds read in Samsung Exynos 980, 850, 1080, 1280, 1330, 1380, 1480, W920, W930, and W1000 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. STOP_KEEP_ALIVE_OFFLOAD processes a malformed message delivered through the Wi-Fi driver without checking its boundary, causing access outside the intended buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published assessment limits the demonstrated consequence to availability loss.
