Service interruption via PUT length underflow

Integer underflow in the NetX Duo HTTP server in X-CUBE-AZRTOS packages allows remote authenticated users to cause a service interrupt. The PUT handler subtracts a larger received-packet length from an unsigned Content-Length without validating the relationship, wrapping the remainder to 0xffffffff. PUT processing must be enabled; continued data transmission writes an oversized file that consumes filesystem resources and interrupts the HTTP service.
