EHR disclosure via unauthenticated FHIR API

Missing authentication in HASOMED Elefant before 24.04.00 allows remote attackers on the local network to read sensitive EHR data. While the Elefant client runs, its port 9090 listener binds to all interfaces and serves the Patient and Practitioner FHIR endpoints over plain HTTP without authentication. Local-network reachability to TCP port 9090 is sufficient to retrieve patient and physician records; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
