Uncontrolled DLL search in NAVER Whale Browser Installer before 3.1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute malicious code. The Windows installer searches for and loads a malicious DLL from a user-writable location because its permissions do not protect the search path. Exploitation requires placement of the DLL in that searched location, and the code runs in the user's environment.
