Reflected XSS via insecure link sanitization
Published Oct 28, 2024 · Updated Oct 28, 2024
Reflected XSS in JetBrains YouTrack before 2024.3.47707 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through crafted links. The link-sanitization path accepts an unsafe link and reflects its unneutralized content into a page rendered by the browser. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a user to follow the crafted link, exposing or modifying data available to that user's session.
