Local message disclosure via hard-coded pipe encryption key

Hard-coded cryptography in Fortinet FortiClient for Windows allows local users to decrypt named-pipe interprocess communications. The client stores a plaintext encryption key in FortiClient service executables and reuses it to protect messages carried over a named pipe. Low-privileged local access and pipe monitoring expose message confidentiality in 6.4.0 through 6.4.10, 7.0.0 through 7.0.14, 7.2.0 through 7.2.8, and 7.4.0.
