Contributor-level browser script execution
Published Nov 19, 2024 · Updated May 11, 2026
DOM-based XSS in Classy Addons for Elementor 1.2.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in browsers. Published sources identify insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, but do not disclose the affected widget, parameter, or DOM operation. Contributor-level access and interaction by another user are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied script in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
