Unauthenticated code execution via timer image upload

Unrestricted file upload in RSVPMaker for Toastmasters 6.2.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to place web shells on the server. The timer image upload accepts attacker-controlled files without restricting dangerous executable types, enabling server-side code execution when an uploaded shell is requested. The upload is reachable without authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation runs code with the web server process's privileges.
