Subscriber-to-Administrator escalation via missing capability check

Incorrect privilege assignment in WEBxMedia Ltd. Bulk Change Role 1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to become administrators. The bulk_change_role_callback() function accepts a requested role change without verifying that the caller has permission to promote users. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to assign the Administrator role, granting full control of the affected WordPress site.
