Published Oct 29, 2024 · Updated May 12, 2026
Missing authorization in Scott Gamon Signup Page 1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to escalate privileges through option updates. The plugin accepts arbitrary WordPress option changes without an authorization check, but the public advisory does not identify the request handler. No account or user interaction is required; security-sensitive option changes permit escalation to full administrative control of the site.
