Forced privileged actions via unverified requests
Published Oct 29, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in DarkMySite for WordPress 1.2.8 and earlier allows remote attackers to force unwanted authenticated actions. Public advisories do not identify the affected request handler or the missing request-verification operation. Exploitation requires an authenticated privileged user to open attacker-controlled content, and the documented consequence is limited to actions performed with that user's session.
