Local file inclusion in Theme Horse Meta News 1.1.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute server-side PHP via a crafted request. Public advisories do not identify the affected PHP function or the request parameter passed to an include operation without adequate filename control. Successful exploitation requires user interaction and an includable PHP-capable file already present on the server, after which attacker-supplied code runs in the WordPress context.
