Authenticated code execution via unvalidated AJAX upload

Arbitrary file upload in SurveyJS 1.9.136 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write executable PHP files to the web server. The SurveyJS_UploadFiles AJAX handler accepts multipart files without server-side type validation and stores them in the web-accessible SurveyJS uploads directory. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and requesting the uploaded PHP file executes its contents in the WordPress server context.
