Unauthenticated settings reset via unchecked handler

Missing authorization in Cloudways Breeze 2.1.14 and earlier allows remote attackers to reset plugin settings to their defaults. The reset_to_default() handler processes an unauthenticated request without checking a WordPress capability before overwriting stored configuration. Any network-reachable site running an affected release exposes the reset action, which can discard customized cache and optimization settings.
