HTTP file-service interruption via unclosed PUT file

Incomplete cleanup in STMicroelectronics X-CUBE Azure RTOS packages allows remote authenticated users to interrupt HTTP file service via PUT. A short-body PUT with an overstated Content-Length makes _nx_web_http_server_put_process return after a receive timeout without calling fx_file_close on the shared file object. Subsequent file requests reuse the open pointer and receive 404 responses; PUT handling must be enabled, and low-privilege HTTP access is sufficient.
