Authentication bypass via mixed JWS serialization parsing

Authentication bypass in Red Hat Telemeter before 4.17 allows remote attackers to gain unauthorized access with a forged JWT. The issuer precheck treats input as compact JWS while go-jose also parses JSON JWS, letting embedded dot-delimited data satisfy the precheck while different claims are verified. Exploitation requires two services to share a signing-key pair; a token from one service can then escape its intended trust boundary and expose protected data on the other.
