Session compromise via unescaped device display names

Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 24.10.0 allows remote authenticated users with Admin access to run JavaScript in other users' sessions. LibreNMS stores an unsanitized device Display Name and inserts it into device links, overlib pop-ups, and the availability map without adequate HTML neutralization. An Admin must save the payload, and another user's browser must render an affected view; script execution can expose session data or perform actions as that user.
