Session compromise via unescaped service names

Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 24.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browser sessions. The device overview services view inserts a stored service name into HTML without encoding; the patch applies htmlentities to service names, types, and messages. An authenticated user must add the payload through the device edit services workflow, and another user must open that device's Overview page, exposing that session to account compromise and unauthorized actions.
