Session compromise via unsanitized logs section parameter

Reflected XSS in LibreNMS before 24.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through a crafted device logs URL. The logs page passes its section value into report_this(), which concatenates the value into an HTML heading without encoding it. A privileged LibreNMS session and a user opening the crafted URL are required; the injected code runs in that user's browser session.
