Internal-service access via unrestricted OpenID provider

SSRF in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.28 allows remote attackers to make the server contact arbitrary URLs through the OpenID login flow. The login handler passes the submitted openid_url to openid_begin, whose discovery and HTTP routines request the attacker-selected provider without restricting its host. OpenID authentication must be enabled, but no account or user interaction is required; the blind requests can probe and interact with internal services.
