Service crash via Host parser out-of-bounds read

Improper Host parsing in Apache Traffic Server 9.2.0 through 9.2.5 allows remote attackers to crash the proxy via a bracketed Host value. MimeHdr::get_host_port_values reads one byte past its TextView when the value ends at a closing bracket because the boundary check permits an end index. An unauthenticated HTTP request can trigger undefined behavior; builds with checked string_view access abort, interrupting proxy service.
