Kernel crash via discarded system RAM flags

Resource-management error in Linux 6.8 through 6.11.6 allows local users to trigger a kernel crash after a kexec reboot. walk_system_ram_res_rev discards resource flags before invoking its callback, causing driver-managed memory to be selected for kexec buffers. Exposure requires suitably placed CXL driver-managed memory and a touched kexec buffer; the demonstrated configuration also used TPM and IMA kexec support.
