Kernel compromise via uninitialized regulator configuration

Use of uninitialized data in Linux 6.6 through 6.11.7 and 6.12 release candidates allows local users to compromise the kernel. The rtq2208_probe() routine consumes an uninitialized cfg structure, so stack-derived init_data, regmap, and ena_gpiod pointers feed sysfs reads, indirect calls, register writes, or dereferences. The path requires a matched RTQ2208 I2C device; effects range from kernel-memory disclosure and modification to a panic and failed boot.
