Local denial of service via wrong DMA device

Improper DMA mapping in the ARC Ethernet driver in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to interrupt system availability. The transmit path passes ndev->dev, which lacks the platform device's DMA mask, to dma_map_single and dma_unmap_single instead of using ndev->dev.parent. A local low-privileged user must reach the ARC Ethernet transmit path on a system using that driver; the documented result is a kernel DMA-mapping warning with availability impact.
