Kernel memory corruption via unchecked DVB buffer index

Improper array-index validation in Linux 6.8 through 6.11.7 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a DVB buffer export ioctl. The dvb_vb2_expbuf function accepts an attacker-controlled buffer index without checking it against the allocated buffer count, then passes the resulting out-of-bounds buffer pointer into the vb2 export path. Access requires an open DVB demux or DVR device node; a crafted DMX_EXPBUF request can disclose or overwrite kernel memory or trigger a kernel panic.
