Kernel crash via undersized vivid buffer array

Out-of-bounds write in Linux 6.8 through 6.11.7 allows local users to crash the kernel through vivid V4L2 buffer requests. The capture queue accepts 64 buffers, but vivid_fillbuff indexes a 32-entry must_blank array with the buffer index and writes past it at indices 32 and above. Affected development releases include 6.12-rc1 through 6.12-rc4, and access to a vivid /dev/videoN node is required.
