Local system crash via zero-width buffer scaling

Divide-by-zero in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system through a zero-width v4l2-tpg scaling path. The tpg_precalculate_line() routine rescales a test-pattern buffer without rejecting a scaled_width value of zero, causing a width-based division by zero. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access to the affected media path; the published impact is limited to availability.
