Kernel-memory disclosure via dirty-bitset index error

Out-of-bounds read in Linux dm-cache allows local users to disclose kernel memory or interrupt the system during a fast-device shrink. In cache_preresume, dirty-bitset iteration advances the cache-block index at the wrong point and reads offset 0x80 beyond a 128-byte bitset. Triggering the flaw requires local access to suspend, reload, and resume a configured device-mapper cache while reducing its fast device.
