Local kernel compromise via freed command URB dereference

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel's io_edgeport USB-serial driver allows local users to crash the kernel or compromise kernel state. The edge_bulk_out_cmd_callback function frees a command URB, then dereferences urb->dev for a debug message when the transfer status is nonzero. Reachability requires an attached Edgeport device and local access to its /dev/ttyUSB node; a failing command transfer can expose kernel memory, corrupt kernel state, or panic the host.
