Kernel crash via repeated OCFS2 entry removal

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux OCFS2 allows local users to crash the kernel by removing an extended attribute under memory pressure. In ocfs2_xa_remove(), an ENOMEM path lets ocfs2_xa_cleanup_value_truncate() delete the entry, then incorrectly calls ocfs2_xa_remove_entry() on it again. The path requires local access to a mounted OCFS2 filesystem and a failed value truncation; the observed consequence is a kernel null-pointer fault and service interruption.
