System crash via undersized GSO limits

Integer underflow in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system by configuring undersized GSO limits. sk_dst_gso_max_size subtracts the configured GSO limit without enforcing a minimum, producing an oversized value that can make a segment count wrap to zero. A local user able to configure a network device can reach the BUG_ON path, causing an availability-only system interruption.
