Kernel crash via insufficient reset headroom

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system by triggering IPv6 netfilter packet rejection. In nf_send_reset6(), a device with hard_header_len set to zero leaves the socket buffer without enough headroom, and a later Ethernet-header push triggers skb_under_panic. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an affected path that sends an IPv6 reset through such a device.
