Kernel crash via unchecked nftables payload bounds

Denial of service in Linux netfilter allows local users to crash affected kernels through a crafted nftables payload rule. nft_payload.c passes an unchecked payload offset and length to skb_checksum(), whose incomplete buffer traversal reaches BUG_ON(len). An unprivileged user namespace can submit the rule locally, and successful exploitation interrupts the host and its services.
