NFSD service interruption via uninitialized copy state

Use of uninitialized resources in Linux NFSD 6.11.3 through 6.11.6 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via NFSv4 COPY. An nfsd4_copy error can call cleanup_async_copy before the copy object's refcount and async_copies fields are initialized, causing at least a refcount underflow. NFSD must be serving NFSv4 COPY requests and the request must reach that error path; the documented consequence is bounded to availability loss.
