Kernel crash via uninitialized qmp-usbc driver data

NULL pointer dereference in the qmp-usbc PHY driver in Linux 6.8.2 and 6.9 through 6.11.6 allows local users to crash the kernel. Probe omits platform driver-data initialization, while runtime PM callbacks still fetch and dereference the unset pointer. Reaching the fault requires the relevant Qualcomm hardware and privileged manual enablement of runtime PM through sysfs; suspending the device then interrupts the system.
